CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Electrical 3D Design Fundamentals - July 2023
This class provides you with a guided and systematic approach to learning about the use of the Electrical 3D Systems Designer and Electrical 3D and Manufacturing roles.
This class provides you with a guided and systematic approach to learning about the use of the Electrical 3D Systems Designer and Electrical 3D and Manufacturing roles. It will teach you how to synchronize and place electrical components, route electrical branch geometries, route conductors and generate manufacturing drawings.
At Optimec, we believe that it’s important to learn from a user perspective. Therefore, we make sure to provide the right teacher for each class, which means our expert mastering the best the applications related to the course.
Our live classes are the best option for students to apply their learning directly on the platform with the teacher present, responding immediately to their concerns. This approach allows us to use real-case examples provided by the student or generic ones if needed.
Our mission is to leverage our solid expertise and best-in-class engineering tools, we enable our customers to innovate in their product development processes and manufacturing workflows. Therefore, the same applies to our teaching offer.
With more than 20 years of experience, Optimec is proud to provide the official Dassault Systèmes classes in English and in French (on demand).

DESCRIPTION
This module will teach you how to create electrical geometry in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and thereby help you in designing electrical physical systems. You will work with electrical catalogs to place the components from electrical libraries. You will learn the routing of branches for creating electrical branch geometries, managing the electrical geometry content, and routing conductors through the electrical geometry.
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this module, you will be able to:
KNOWLEDGE PREREQUISITES
Students attending this module should have completed the Explore the Collaborative Business Innovator Role module. They should also be familiar with Part Design and should know how to use an electrical catalog.
